Please note, Moon Water Bottles, Moon Water Glasses and Salt Crystal Pillow will be shipped directly from Japan. The shipping cost for these items will be a flat international rate of $24.99USD, and we will decide upon the best carrier for shipping depending on the destination. (We will try to select a delivery service that delivers within 7-15 days, but it may take longer depending on your location.) Since this is considered to be a personal import, customs duties may be applied by the destination country. In such cases, customers will be responsible for paying for these costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days.
Then it takes 1-3 weeks international shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States, and to Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, and other international destinations. For destinations not specifically listed, please contact info@keikopowerwish.com. We will be happy to accommodate your shipping requests. Please be aware that some products will ship from the US, and others will ship from Japan.
What are your shipping costs?
For all orders, standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) is calculated upon checkout. Please note that these rates apply only to items shipped within the Continental U.S.
We also offer paid 2-Day and Overnight Shipping within the Continental U.S. Rates vary upon destination and are calculated at checkout.
For digital products
An email with the product link will be sent once your payment is accepted.
What is your return policy?
All new and unused items (excluding Final Sale) are eligible for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be returned unopened, with tags and in their original packaging.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, please visit our Return Center to print a pre-paid shipping label. Affix the label to your package and take it to a USPS drop-off location. Please note that the return label fee is $10, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method, please email info@keikopowerwish.com and we would be happy to assist you.
In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged and/or incorrect item and send you a replacement at no cost.
As soon as we receive your return and determine that it is in resellable condition, we will issue your refund right away. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to complete depending on the processing time, which varies between credit card issuers.
